Do I have to give you my personal information each time I book a reservation?

You can open an account for free so that we keep your details with us and use it for your convenience. Call us to open an account.

What are your hours of operation?

We operate 24/7/365.

What method of payment do you   accept?

We accept both cash and credit card. +3% Extra bank processing fee is applicable for credit card payments.

Where do I meet the   driver?

Our driver will wait in the meeting point, holding your name on a board. It will be best if you could provide us with your mobile number so that our driver can keep in touch with you during pick up.

When I pay my   fare?

Payment online. Our driver will accept cash and credit/debit card.

What do I do if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

We always check with your airline website regarding flight information to keep track. If your flight is cancelled you must call and inform us.  Driver will wait for you for a maximum of 1 Hours AFTER the flight has landed.

Do you offer child  seats?

Yes. You can request if required. (Maximum of 2). A child can travel without a child car seat in a licensed taxi or minicab (private hire Vehicle).

Do you charge for extra luggage?

Please make sure you select the appropriate vehicle type to support the number of luggage. The driver could refuse or charge extra.

The luggage concerned by a supplement are specials luggage, that means golf bag, ski equipment, bicycle, big musical instrument, big luggage. Cabin suitcases and suitcases of 15 and 20kg are not affected.
